It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth Jolene (Roberts) Braun in Wayne, Ohio, who passed away on November 5, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Roberts and Lorna Beckler Roberts; her husband Richard Braun (Dick); her sons, Michael and Steven Braun; her siblings, Terry, Donald Roberts, Carol Morris and Ethel Snyder; and her close friends, Russ and Nancy Henry.
She is survived by: her children, Jolene Weirick (Nelson) of Wooster, Karen Pike (Eddie) of Fairfield Twp and Henry Braun (Brenda) of Wooster; her grandchildren, Adriance Braun Teach of Wooster, Charles Weirick of Wooster, Amanda Weirick Butler of McCordsville, Joshua Pike of Middletown, Matthew Pike of West Chester, Amelia Penko of Short Hills and Aubrey Lacy of Canal Fulton, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Brynley Weirick, Bodee Weirick, Bailey Weirick, Blythe Butler, Benjamin Butler, Josie Butler, Spencer Lacy, Oliver Lacy, Darian Short and Jillian Short.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the McIntire, Bradham & Sleek Funeral Home (216 E Larwill St, Wooster, OH 44691). A funeral service was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
