He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Brown and Louise Brown (Bahnsen); his siblings, Clarence Brown Jr., Donald Brown, Darlene McDonald and Shirley Herman; his granddaughter Jamie Gump; and his son-in-law Douglas Gump.
He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Proudfoot; his daughters, Tonya Gump, Laura McCartney (Tim) and Terri Merritt (Don); his sister Ruth Sensabaugh; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Amber, Amanda, Joshua, Derek, Seth, Kyle, Christopher, Dalton, Taylor and Devin. He is also survived by 19 great-grandchildren, 4 nieces and 5 nephew.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Peinert-Dunn Funeral Home (18620 Washington St, Tontogany, OH 43565). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
