He is survived by: his parents, Carl Wells Jr. (Eddie) of South Shore and Terry Mathias (Harvey) of Reynoldsburg; his spouse Tasia Wells; his grandparents, Carl and Patricia Wells; his parents-in-law, April Sinift of Logan and Delmar Sinift (Lara) of Logan; and his siblings-in-law, Sharlyn Oldham (Aidan) of Lancaster and Phoenix Sinift of Logan.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Eley Funeral Home & Crematory (200 E Wapakoneta St, Waynesfield, OH 45896). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be directed to a fund established for his children.
