He was predeceased by: his parents, Don Haggard and Sylvia Haggard (McKee); his son Jason Haggard; and his brother Jack Haggard. He is survived by: his children, Joseph Haggard and Jacqueline "Jacque" Radford of Columbus, OH; his grandchildren, Tanner Radford and A. J. Grumbling; his great grandchildren, Braxton and Beau Radford; and his siblings, Ralph Haggard (Mary) and Evelyn Osborne.
