He was predeceased by: his father Cecil Martin Douglas; his grandparents, Betty, Malcome Bradford, Hattie and Minor Douglas; his siblings, Bobbie Douglas and Debbie Douglas; his former wife Rhiannon Rhoads; and his pet Sammy.
He is survived by: his mother Jo Ann Bradford Douglas; his siblings, Marty Douglas (Pam) of Wapakoneta, Robbie Douglas (Vicki) of Wapakoneta, Carolyn Douglas of Wapakoneta, Hellen Douglas of Lima and David Douglas (Cynthia) of Wapakoneta; and his nephew Jeremy Douglas of Waynesfield. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews; and of course – his best 4 legged buddy.
