Dennis K. Dawson Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dennis K. Dawson of Waynesfield, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 24, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Cecile Dawson (Cheney). He is survived by: his father Darrel Dawson; his daughter Jennifer Gilroy (Matt) of Findlay; his grandchildren, Malayla and Teylan Gilroy; his siblings, Diane Rostorfer (Fred), Dwight Dawson, Dwayne Dawson (Patty), Barbara Gross (Steve) and David Dawson; and his brothers-in-law, Michael Murphy and Jim Murphy (Kelly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to The Ohio State University, Wexner Medical Center or the University of Findlay Equestrian Program.
