We are sad to announce that, on May 16, 2026, at the age of 92, Barbara S. Haxton of Waynesville, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elizabeth Smythe Simpson and Wesley Oscar Simpson. She is survived by: her children, Melissa Miller, Corry Benson Haxton (Pamela) and Cady Bunn; her son-in-law Brian Bunn; her grandchildren, Justin Miller (Wendy), Matthew Miller (Rachel), Dr. Suzanne Sakai (Rusell), Lauren Heslop (Kyle), Erin Bunn and Kevin Haxton (Gabby); and her great grandchildren, Brady Miller, Callum Miller, Owen Miller, Eli Miller and Cooper Heslop.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to your local county Head Start program or your local county 4-H program in Barbara's name.
