It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Bobby R. Manning of Waynesville, Ohio, who passed away on November 11, 2023, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Pat Manning; his daughter Tammy Gross; his grandson Zach Winsted; his parents, Ray Manning and Cloeva Manning; and his sisters, Lois Pfau and Gladys Manning.

He is survived by : his children, Robert Manning (Kelly), Lisa McCloskey (Ron) and Tina Manning (Christopher Pennekamp); his grandchildren, Henry, Charlie, Will, Nick (Malory), Joshua, Jacob, Sophie (Jordan) and Emma; his great grandchildren, Lily and Leo; his sister June Robinson; and his close friend Veda Gehring.
