She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McKibben and Elizabeth McKibben; her brother Jim McKibben; and her husband Ted Green. She is survived by: her sons, David Panson (Lisa) and Robin Stadler; her grandchildren, David Panson (Samantha), Christopherlee Smith and N. Lewis Smith (Teaa); her great grandchildren, Penelope, Carson, Brently, Raelynn and Ava; and her brothers, Bob McKibben (Joquita) and Ed McKibben (Elizabeth). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Contributions may be made in Kay's memory to Ohio's Hospice or Wild Again Sanctuary.
