She was predeceased by: her husband Arnold Ray Roark; her parents, Virgil Chaffin and Louise Lyons; and her siblings, Johnnie Chaffin, Leo Chaffin and Mildred Chaffin.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Ray Roark (Stephanie) and Sherry Hill (Tim); her grandchildren, Andrew Hill, John Hill (Brittney), Stephen Hill (Moriah), Lindsey Roark, Dustin Roark (Malina), Toby Roark (Mary Madison) and Sam Hanzlik (Nicky); her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Brynson Faye, Landon, Elizabeth Jo, Raylan, Lincoln, Cameron and Theodore; her sisters, Kathryn Gilbert and Mary Rhim; and her daughter Deborah Louise Ruef. She is also survived by extended family members and friends.

If desired, contributions may be made to the Waynesville Community Church towards their VBS program, which was something very dear to Faye's heart.
