He was predeceased by: his wife Helen A. Brinkman; his daughter Elaine Hulin; his parents, Harry Brinkman and Mary Brinkman; and his siblings, Cornelius Brinkman, Tom Brinkman, Paul Brinkman, Robert Brinkman, Alvira Dangler, Lucy Bellman, Philomina Lentz and Betty Kohlhorst.
He is survived by: his children, Cindy Small, Jenny Parker (Tom), Diane Brinkman and Jim Brinkman; his grandchildren, Todd Small, Chelsea Francis (Ron), Patrick Small (Madison), Scott Parker (Kelsey), Madison Parker, Callie Brinkman, Bailey Brinkman and Tate Brinkman; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Zaiden, Brooklyn, Adalyn, Madilyn, Jackson, Bennett and Avery; and his brother John Brinkman.
