He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Victor App, Warren Sheeley and Linda App. He is survived by: his parents, Michael Sutherland and Cathryn Sutherland of Waynesville; his daughter Kinzlee Anne Sutherland; the parent of his child Alexis Carman; his stepmother Kayla Sutherland; his grandmother Sharon Sheeley; his aunts and uncles, Alfred, Carrie Frye, John, Lisa Clark, Julie Sutherland-Shepard, Angela Hitch, Clayton, Jenna Sheeley, Russell and Sheryl Sheeley; and his cousins, Cathryn Hodge and Clayton Sheeley. He is also survived by numerous close friends who became his chosen family.
