Janet touched many lives and will be remembered fondly for the moments shared and the memories created. Family, friends, and colleagues extend their love and support during this time. While Janet’s presence will be missed, the influence she had on others will remain. Those who knew her will carry forward memories that reflect her character and spirit.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Max Floyd and Julia Floyd; and her brother Max "James" "Jim" Floyd Jr.. She is survived by: her husband Ray Spencer; and her children, Michael Spencer (Linda), Cheryl Richards and Tammy Bass. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Stubbs - Conner Funeral Home (185 N Main St, Waynesville, OH 45068). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Stubbs-Conner Funeral Home (185 N Main St, Waynesville, OH 45068).
