He is survived by: his wife Mary Jo Purdum; his sons, Craig Purdum (Debbie) and Brian Purdum; his grandsons, David Purdum (Rachel) and Jarod Purdum; his stepgrandson Rick Collins (Courtney); his sister-in-law Arlene Purdum; his nephews, Michael, Stephen and Eric; and his cousins, Ronald, Carol Ann and David.
