She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernon W. Gollihugh and Susan Gollihugh; her daughter Angie Zajac; her husband Carl; and her brothers, Jim (Marge) and Ray Gollihugh (Faye).
She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Githens; her granddaughter Casey Farnsworth; and her brothers, Roger (Lois) and Vernon Gollihugh (Susan). She is also survived by extended family and her many friends.
