He is survived by: his wife Ada; his children, Vonne Smith, Julie Fox, Simeon Moore (Dee) and Krista Gompf (Michael); his grandchildren, Justin Russell (Darcy), Steven Fox (Hope), Christopher Fox (Eleanor), Brandon Moore (Brooklyn), Stephanie Maher (Jon), Timothy Clark, Trenton Clark, Tanner Clark (Liberty), Livia Nona (Thomas), Jacob Gillum, Kenzie Atehortua, Isaac Gompf and Ulric Gompf; and his sister Lola Farmer. He is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.

Visitation was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at 8551 Ferry Rd, Waynesville, OH 45068. A funeral service was held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
