He was predeceased by: his parents, William "Bill" Chambers and Margaret "Madge" Chambers; his brother Chuck Chambers; his stepson Scott Qvick; and his grandchildren, Charessa Qvick and Max Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jane Chambers; his children, Keith Chambers (Michelle), Kelly Miller (Jason) and Randy Chambers (Terri); his stepsons, Jeff Qvick (Sherry) and Terry Qvick (Jeri); his grandchildren, David, Daniel, Dylan, Debbie, Kailee, Josh, Trey, Brooke, Kelsie, Casie, Rhiannon, Anita and Jeremy; and his sister Sandy Delaney (Merle). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
