The memory of John Eugene Mihalis of Wellington, Ohio, who passed away on September 24, 2025 at the age of 88, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Mihalis and Velva Mihalis (Cross); and his siblings, Helen Resar, Tom and Ron.
He is survived by: his wife Jeanette (Burns); his daughters, Lori Kneisel, Debbie Duncan and Carol Nitchman (Jason Carver); his grandchildren, Brandon (Ayesha), Cody, Austin Duncan (Shandel), Andrew and Rachel Nitchman; and his great grandchildren, Elliott, Benjamin, Iris and Oliver. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces & great-nephews and his Guatemalan family.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Toft Funeral Home, Wakeman Chapel (16 Cooper St, Wakeman, OH 44889).
