She was predeceased by: her parents, Culm Terry and Elsie Butler Terry; her husband Eldon Phillips; her daughter-in-law Denise Phillips; her siblings, Nell Crabtree (Fil), Irene Lawson (Clark), Hazel Carson (Andy), Eva Evans (Hugh), Edna Dennison, Ruth Terry, Dortha Acres, Buddy Terry, Elbert Acres (Pauline) and Edgar Acres (Mona); and her siblings-in-law, Ron Roberts, Ottis Phillips (Mary Helen), Imogene Strunk (Roy) and Mae Elliot (Charlie).
She is survived by: her children, Gregory Phillips (Jody), Anthony Phillips (Pauline), Douglas Phillips (Libby), Sue Phillips and Christopher Phillips; her sister-in-law Patricia Roberts; and her nephew Dean Carr.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones & Son Funeral Home (20059 Alberta St, Oneida, TN 37841). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
