He was predeceased by: his wife Marlene Ellen; his parents, John Slosier and Margaret Slosier; and his brother John Slosier. He is survived by: his children, Scot Slosier (Michelle) of Grafton and Staci Starr (Bill) of Avon Lake; his grandchildren, Madison Slosier, Billy and Alli Starr; and his sister Sandy Dicken (David) of Elyria.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 1st 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Dicken, Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center (323 Middle Ave, Elyria, OH 44035). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery.
