He was predeceased by: his father Robert J. Urbansky; and his grandparents, Joseph, Phyllis Urbansky and Doris Potts. He is survived by: his mother Deborah Urbansky; his wife Jennifer Urbansky; his children, Alexandra Stamper (Nick) and Thomas Urbansky (Chelsea); his grandchildren, Chloe Lynn, Sophia, Chloe Nicole, Johnathon, Robert and Wyatt; and his brother Robert M. Urbansky (Michelle). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins.
