He is survived by: his wife Donna Landrum Bame; his children, Christopher Butcher (Rachel), Andrew Butcher, William "Wesley" Bame (Lacey), Brody Bame (Ash Grobowski), Sarah Cook, Mary Bame, Ashley Bame (Ryan Perry) and Jenna Bame (Hunter Hess); his stepmother Cinda Bame; and his siblings, Jill Kramer Bukard, Jon Bame (Stephanie), David Bame (Robin) and Robert Bame (Lori). He is also survived by four sons, four daughters, and 12 grandchildren.
