He was predeceased by: his father Glen Barnett; his daughter Jacqueline Stanley; and his siblings, Amy Barnett Waldron, Gary Barnett and James Barnett.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy E. Chandler Muncy; his children, Carla G. Muncy McCarthy (Robert) and Carl R. "Rick" Muncy, Jr.; his grandchildren, Brittany Rodgers, Justin McCarthy (Elizabeth Palmisano), Chelsey Stanley, Chloe Fisher (Chad), Kaylei Stone (Adam) and Cameron Muncy; his great grandchildren, Heaven Rodgers, Sofie Rodgers, Ronan McCarthy and Atlas Stone; and his siblings, Christy Allen (Roger), Jerry Barnett (Lily), April Barnett Webb (Brent), Terry Barnett (Loretta), Timothy Barnett and Thomas Barnett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the McWilliams Funeral Home (125 E 1st St, Wellston, OH 45692). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at the Salem Cemetery.
