He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Kirk and Marie Van Kirk (Hart); his wife Dorothy Van Kirk (Crowley); his siblings, Dorothy, Virginia, Marie and Robert; and his son-in-law James Unger.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Buckley, Tina Unger, JoAnne Van Kirk and Charles Van Kirk (Jill). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Chuck's name may be made to Saint Jude Children's Hospital.
