He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold Kirby and Mary Ellen Bolar Kirby; his granddaughter Angelia Kirby; and his sister Patty Oberholzer. He is survived by: his wife Aurella McGuire; his children, Sean Kirby and Pamela Kirby Milam; his son-in-law David Milam; his niece Paula; and his grandchildren, Sean Kirby II, Leah Milam Miller, Hannah Milam Curry, Braden Kirby, Wyatt Kirby, Paisley Kirby, Easton Kirby, Kennedie Miller and Charlie Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
