We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Donna McNeely of Wellston, Ohio, born in Gallipolis, Ohio. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Claar and Marjorie Claar (McNellis); her husband Allen Browning; and her close friend Harold Seymour. She is survived by: her sons, Roaby Browning (Alan), A. J. Browning and Mark McNeely; and her brother Paul Claar (Leona). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of close friends.
