He was predeceased by: his parents, James Johnson and Hazel Blankenship Conley; and his sisters, Joan Mullins and Debbie White. He is survived by: his wife Paula Triplett Johnson; his children, Joshua Johnson (Amber), Julie Andrews, James Johnson, Jesse Johnson (Rikki) and Jessica Boswell (Brian); his siblings, Joe Blankenship, Brenda Sizemore and Ronald Conley; and his grandchildren, Joshua Jr., Chevelle, Nichole, Leah, Macenzie, Brayden, Levi, Liam, Gabriel, James, Braylee, Jessaleigh, Emmerly, Gage, Briar and Kamdon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
