He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Hill (Tom Hafer), Teresa Phillips, Deidra Mullins and Roxie Mullins; and his siblings, Ethel Faye Williams, Curtis Mullins, Hobert Mullins (Brenda), Emzie "Tubby" Mullins and Alex Mullins. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
