She is survived by: her husband Fred Shepherd; her children, Fred Wayne Shepherd (Debbie), Michele Shepherd (Steve Bennett) and Todd Shepherd (Billie); her grandchildren, Loretta Jacqueline "L. J." Shepherd, Randy Hagen, Brianna Shepherd and Andrew Shepherd; her great grandchild Jacob Cruse; and her siblings, Pam Castor (Bud) and Gary Maddox (Molly). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
