She was predeceased by: her parents, Sanford Knox and Lula Manring Knox; her stepmother Irene Knox; her husband William E. "Buck" Lockhart; her sons, Randall Wayne Conley and Jerry Conley; her siblings, Luther Knox, Sanford Knox, Jr., Donald Knox and Ruth Boster; and her stepsister Viola Cozad.
She is survived by: her children, Bruce Conley (Charlotte), Debbie Yates (Dave), Marty Conley (Ivy) and Kenny Lockhart; her stepsons, Danny Lockhart, John Lockhart and Ron Lockhart; her caregivers, Tracy McComas (Cody), Ian Conley (Silke), Susan Conley, Jillian Conley, Brady Conley and Bob Manring; and her great grandchildren, Blake Royster, Emilee Conley, Aricka Fisher, Brian Conley, Kilian Conley and Barett Tegenkamp. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
