"Bob" Ervin, Jr.; her children, Rob Ervin (Tonya) and Kara Dawn Ervin; her grandsons, Colton (Jenna), Caden and Cyan (Lauren); her great grandchild Azena Hope Ervin; and her siblings, Pam, Shelba, Vicki, Randy, David, Ed, Jerry and Mike. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
