She is survived by: her children, Forest Leo Blevins (Beckey Leach), Kenneth Robert Blevins, Amanda Spradlin and Katie Fruge (Shawn); her grandchildren, Marcus, Noah, Kaylee, Nicole, Somer, Anna, Skyla, Savannah, Nevaeh, Mica, Leo, Elijah and Layla; her great grandchildren, Kyrie, Ariel, Saylor and Alvin; and her brother Harry Heeter.
