He was predeceased by: his parents, Carson Hall and Allie Nadine Johnson Hall. He is survived by: his wife Tammy Jean Rife Hall; his children, Amy Willison (Craig) and Dustin Kimberly Hall (Melinda); his grandchildren, Kyle Willison, Tyler Willison, Victoria Willison, Layla Kimberly Hall and Killian Hall; and his siblings, Pam Conroy, Angie McCoy (Clyde), Alan Hall (Linda), Rockie Hall and Joey Hall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
