She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Roy Kisor and Clara Payne Kisor; her husband Dan H. Lockard, Sr.; her son Dan H. Lockard, Jr.; her son-in-law Paul John Rupert; and her siblings, Roy Kisor, Jackob Kisor, Helen Busick and Pauline Geer.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Rupert, Susan Brandeberry (Roger) and Tad Lockard; her daughter-in-law Sharon Lockard; and her sister Virginia Patterson (Pete). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
