She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles A. "Parker" May, Sr. and Anna Belle Riepenhoff May; her husband James P. Abele of Riepenhoff's Bar; her daughter Theresa; and her brother Charles A. May, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Leanna Abele of Columbus, Steve Abele of Wellston and Mike Abele (Vickie) of Wellston; her granddaughter Mikayla Wilson (Jason); her great grandchild Nash Wilson; her sister-in-law Barbara Gaskill May; and her niece Sara May Godfrey.
