He was predeceased by: his father Blaine Hubbard; and his sister Barb Wright. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte Hunter Hubbard; his sons, Robert Hubbard, Brandon Hubbard and Rick Hubbard; and his siblings, Randy Hubbard, Linda Hubbard, Kay Branham, Beth Kole and Blaine Hubbard Jr.. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In keeping with his request, cremation followed Rick's organ donation.
