He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ruggles (Belcher); his sons, Roger Ruggles (Mayita) and Matthew Ruggles (Bradlee); his stepchildren, Linda Williams (Mike), Christopher Swann (Kylee) and Amanda Swann; his brothers, Dan Ruggles (Tara), Don Ruggles (Linda), Dave Ruggles (Debbie) and Bob Ruggles (Susan); and his siblings-in-law, Tom Belcher, Bill Belcher (Heather) and Susan Leedy (Micah). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
