It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brian Slates of Wellsville, Ohio, who passed away on August 9, 2025, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his stepsiblings, Dannilee McGunagel and David Singer. He is survived by: his mother Joanne Slates (Hixon); his stepparents, Joanne Lebo (Michael) and Ronald Slates (Dixie); and his siblings, Mark Slates (Lori), Michael Lebo, Jr. (Heidi), Beth Scheetz, Kelly Ikey (Chuck), Kathy Chenevey (Steve), Robert Lebo (Courtney), Rick Haines (Kim), Doug Haines (Anne), Brenda Barnhart and Danny Singer.
