He is survived by: his mother Arleen Plate Wise of Wellsville; and his sisters, Crystal Louise Bocka (Stephen) of Wellsville and Cindy Lee Clark of Hanahan. He is also survived by three nephews, a niece, and four great nieces and a great nephew.
