She was predeceased by: her sisters, Evelyn Curry (George) of Columbia, SC, Jean Dickey (Tom) of Chester and Sue Hall (Joe) of Las Vegas, NV.. She is survived by: her husband Richard "Dave" Smith; her children, Ann Bobalik (Russ Raley) of East Liverpool and Dave Smith (Michelle) of Wellsville; her granddaughters, Alexandra Bobalik (Joe Scorse), Emma Smith and Jennifer Traina (John); and her great grandchildren, Vayda, Brooklyn Traina and Hugo Scorse. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Donna requested that any donations in her memory be sent to: Newell First Church of Christ, PO Box 263, Newell, WV 26050; or Southern Care Hospice, 100 Welday Suite G, Wintersville, OH 43953, who took wonderful care of her in her final days, especially her special angel nurse, Lisa.
