He was predeceased by: his parents, William Travis and Flora Lee Losh Bloomfield. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Ross Travis; and his siblings, Gary Travis (Theresa) of Steubenville, Ruth Smith of Buckhannon, WV and Mary Annerino (Leroy) of Niles, OH. He is also survived by five nephews and two nieces.
