She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Culp and Verla Culp (Goddard); her husband John D. Miller; and her great grandchild Abbigail White. She is survived by: her daughters, Lisa McCoy (George) of Wellsville and Susan Miller-Linstrom of Chicago, IL; her sister Vonda Hazelett of Cuyahoga Falls, OH; her nephew Rodney Hazelett (Robin); her niece Tonya Lynn Hazelett; her grandchildren, Stephanie White (Benjamin), Brittany Johnson (Nicholas) and James John Linstrom; and her great grandchildren, Kyia White (Jaxon Brewer), Lillian White and Wrenynn Johnson. She is also survived by nieces and, nephews.
