He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Persohn and Dorothy Anne Persohn (Ferguson). He is survived by: his wife Patricia Evelsizer; his daughters, Karen Blakeley (Corey) and Alison Jackson; his grandchildren, Hayden, Jaymin, Kennedy Jackson, Brandon and Adison Blakeley; and his great grandchildren, Kasen and Ryder Jackson.
