He is survived by: his wife Peggy Oaks (Fry) of Wellsville; his son Jason King (Erika) of Salem; his siblings, Jeff Oaks (Ellen) of Massillon, Brett Oaks (Theresa) of Mechanicstown, Eric Oaks (Patricia) of Alliance, Justin Oaks (Amelia) of Stow and Megan Beck (Christian) of Beaver Falls; his stepmother Deb Oaks of Columbiana; his aunts, Garnet Citeroni and Bonnie Protz; and his uncle George Oaks. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
