He is survived by: his wife Diana Lynn; his daughters, Cacey Leigh Van Gorp (Kevin), Ashley Ann Cunningham (Brent) and Kiley Alissa Rose (Shayne); his sister Melissa Schell (David); his stepbrother Thomas Jones Jr. (Karen); his sister-in-law Jane Telzrow; his brothers, Randy and Jeff; his nephews, Jay and Jeff Corbin; his grandchildren, Brenna, Bryce Cunningham, Corbin Van Gorp, Max and Ari Rose; his niece Cori Telzrow; and his nephew Tom Betz.
