We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2024 we had to say goodbye to Billy E. Kastens of West Alexandria, Ohio, born in Washington, Virginia. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry E. Kastens and Irene Kastens; his siblings, Jimmy Kastens and Alice Dulsky; and his sons-in-law, Randy Woodard and Russell Schenck.

He is survived by : his wife Shirley J. Kastens; his daughters, Virginia "Ginny" Schenck and Cynthia "Cindy" Schmidt (Ronald); his grandchildren, Jason Woodard (Lindsay), Traci Sagester (Josh), Anthony "Tony" Schmidt (Rilea) and Austin Schmidt (Molly); his great grandchildren, Alexa Woodard, Rylee Sagester, Trey Sagester, Ella Hawk, Shelby Sagester, Jake Woodard and Theo Schmidt; and his half-brother Lloyd Kastens (Cynthia). He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
