He was predeceased by: his parents, Merle Cunningham and Lula Cunningham (Berry); and his brothers, Larry Cunningham and Robert Cunningham. He is survived by: his wife Pamela Cunningham (Ullery) of West Alexandria; his daughters, Erin Ballard (Jonathon) of Centerville, OH and Emily Kane (Clellan) of Chesapeake, VA; and his grandchildren, Brooklyn Ballard, Grant Kane, Owen Edward Kane, Brayden Ballard and Anna Kane. He is also survived by numerous nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
