She was predeceased by : her parents, David Conley and Minnie Conley (Winters); her husband Edward J. Dolph; her siblings, Homer Conley, Alberta Lykins, Jack Conley, June Conley, Cecil Conley, Hershel "Perk" Conley and Howard "Pee-Wee" Conley; and her son-in-law Charles "Chuck" Ballengee.
She is survived by : her children, Roger Dolph (Linda) and Betty Ballengee; her granddaughters, Shirley Young (Preston), Tammy Cornett (Micky), Julie Perry and Jacquie Cendro (Omar); her great grandchildren, Amanda Cornett, Trevor Cornett (Tiffani), Thomas Perry, James Perry, Lilli Cendro and Ivy Cendro; and her great great grandchild Nova Cornett. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews; as well as numerous other family members and friends.
