We are sad to announce that on July 11, 2025, at the age of 88, Gary L. Wood of West Alexandria, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Helen Wood Rice (Brown) and J. Lindsey Wood; his stepfather Frank Rice; his sister Elaine Collins; his parents-in-law, Delbert Parks (Vincent) and Lucinda "Topsy" Parks; his siblings-in-law, William Burke, Dale Blankenship, James Countiss, Lucille Blankenship and Joyce Countiss; and his nephew Rodney Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Wood (Parks); his children, Wendy White (Tony) of West Alexandria, OH and David Wood of Beavercreek, OH.; his grandchildren, Jeremy White, Chad White (Heather), Whitney Kreitzer (Jimmy) of West Alexandria and Aaron Wood; his great grandchildren, Dylan White, Violet White, Ryan White, Lanie and Wren Kreitzer; his sister Faith Caden (Tom); his half-brother Monte Rice; his siblings-in-law, Peggy Burke and Rodger Collins; Santa.
