He was predeceased by: his parents, Grant Meadows and Fannie Meadows (Holcomb); and his siblings, Herman, Mary, Grant Jr., Gene, Berdina, Faye, Effie and Taulbey.
He is survived by: his wife Madonna Meadows (Dondi); his children, Joseph Meadows (Gail), Jenny Tudor (Jordan) and Amy Clopper (David); his nephew Jared Fread; his niece Jana Fread-Sterkenburg; and his grandchildren, Teddy, Alex Meadows, Chloe, Katie and Elliot Clopper.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Gard Funeral Home - West Alexandria (67 W Dayton St, West Alexandria, OH 45381). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Fairview Cemetery - West Alexandria (643 OH-503, West Alexandria, OH 45381).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The National Kidney Foundation at "give.kidneyfund.org" in Joe's name.
